生命的春歌

最近，在朋友圈里看到中國首富王健林在萬達企業年會上演唱搖滾歌曲，而且他唱得很投入，并充滿激情。
最近，在看《褚時健傳》，褚時健這位老人快九十歲了還在堅持自己的奮斗和為人處事的一些理想。
最近，大寒已至，中國的經濟GDP增速已跌破7%（6.9%），在政治與經濟大調整的當口，從政的、經商的、打工的、種地的、上學的等等日子普遍不好過，尤其是服務業中的旅游業和酒店業。大旅游業這幾年發展主要是刺激內需，到中國入境旅游的國際游客數卻逐年在下降。酒店業作為中國改革開放的窗口行業，2016年依然面臨市場嚴重困擾。據悉，2015年中國國家旅游局評定的星級酒店已“關、停、并、轉”了3,300多家，從原來的一萬五千多家銳減到一萬一千多家，這是一種時代發展的必然。那么其他行業的酒店、賓館呢？全中國有三十多萬家服務接待酒店、賓館、度假村，它們將怎樣走出2016，或走進未來的三、五年呢？
有時政專家預測，到2016年3月份中國中央政府“兩會”開完之后，中國的政治經濟局勢會有一個比較好的轉向，特別是服務業將會有所松綁，但真的如此嗎？
褚時健是曾經的“煙王”，后來，在生命的逆境中去種“橙子”了，而且取得了令人矚目的成功。
王健林是中國首富，企業帝國業務從中國發展到世界各地，他的企業幾乎涉及所有產業。眾所周知，現在的“萬達”又在開始做“文化”和“互聯網金融”了，真是“搖滾”得可以。我們不管那些“首富”們其結局和最終下場如何，但是，他們總是善于將“嚴冬”變成“春天”去堅強度過。
“冬天來了，春天還會遠嗎？”這是一個比較老的哲思，也就是說冬天來了春天必然緊跟其后。既然如此，我們面對“大寒”和中國經濟的普遍不景氣，應該充滿信心。總之，中國的總體發展目前在全球范圍內還是比較好的。從政策調整、軍事改革、外交主攻、經濟發展理性面對來看，中國未來二、三十年發展依然會引領全球經濟，大國影響力地位只會不斷地加強。
從一個國家到一個行業再到一個人，其實道理都一樣，我們這樣年歲的大多每個人都經歷了“文革”的悲慘痛苦，改革開放的超常發展，以及現時的理性降溫等幾個重要人生階段。不管怎樣，世間大事成就于人之個體，就每一個人而言，一味地悲歡與痛苦，哀怨與沉吟都只能給自己帶來源源不斷的負能量。
在這樣一個溫度很低的冬天，面對諸多方面的“寒流”與“冷溫”，我們應該欣然面對！喧囂消逝、鉛華褪卻時，你將擁有更多的本色。在大浪淘沙中，每個人都應具備良好的堅忍不拔的心態，去迎接每一個沖擊和命運的洗禮。
當你面對困難和痛苦時，別人可能比你面對和承受的困苦會更多。旅游業是一個陽光產業，“吃、住、行、游、購、娛”六要素都是能讓人非常快樂的。我們在這樣一個行業工作二十多年，每天都應帶有春天般的溫暖和陽光，每個人都善于在每個冬天里譜寫一曲“生命的春歌”。

Sing For Life

Recently I have grown ever bewildered about life, a live show of Wang Jianlin, China’s richest entrepreneur, is trending on WeChat moments, he was so immersed in the rock song, bursting with overwhelming passion in Wanda’s annual meeting.
Lately I’ve become obsessed with “A Chu Shijian Biography”, Chu Shijian, a 90-year-old, is still striving hard in the first place.
It’s right about great cold, China’s economy is undergoing the great recession, its GDP growth plunging below 7% to 6.9%. The recession is severely traumatizing all industries especially the tourism and hospitality industries. Speaking of tourism and hospitality, the number of yearly overseas tourists has greatly diminished, hence disturbing the hospitality market. Hospitality has always been the window industry ever since the Reform and Opening-up Policy, there had been a great fiasco in the hospitality industry, bankruptcies, merge, acquisitions and transfers have befallen in over 3300 properties in the year of 2015, yet it won’t get any better in the forthcoming 2016. For over 300 thousand service hotels and resorts in China, they’re confronted with the problem of how to get round to the unimaginably difficult new year.
It’s predicted that China’s political and economic situation will expect an improvement after the NPC & CPPCC in March in 2016.
Chu Shijian used to be the “King of Tobacco”, but he had been through the worst adversities in life, however he started “orange business” later and achieved noticeable success.
Wang Jianlin is the richest entrepreneur in China, with his business reaching across the globe, his empire covers almost every aspect of human life. He is commencing with “culture” and “i-Finance” now, whatever they has undergone in the past, they’re always sophisticated enough to make their own times.
In the masterpiece poem “Ode to the West Wind” by P.B.Shelley, he exclaimed:”If Winter comes,can Spring be far behind?” We shall keep our chin up and face the depression with diligence and determination as China is still standing tall in the globe, the dominating status will ever be reinforced with efforts done in the next two or three decades.
It is the same with us individuals, our peers have witnessed the tyranny of Cultural Revolution, the legendary and hypernormal advancement of Reform and Opening-up, man proposes, God disposes, we shall look forward and make progress all the time.
After all those years of austerity and hardship, one is deprived of everything except for his spiritual existence as well as the will to make a change. Face it!
Think about the others, they might have died once when you’re just sitting here whining about the misery and obstacles. In this special industry we’re engaged, thou shall rise and shine and sing for life!
