自1983年進入酒店行業以來，尚國治先生先后供職于長城飯店、凱賓斯基、建國酒店集團等企業。2015年4月，他正式出任北京市內最大的會議酒店——北京國際飯店總經理。作為首旅集團麾下的職業經理人，他勇于探索，創新求變，以果敢前瞻的思路和高效卓越的執行力創造了出色的業績，贏得了業內外的贊譽。近年來，在國營高端酒店市場連續下行的趨勢下，他帶領的管理團隊實現了北京國際飯店從政務市場向商務市場的戰略轉型。2016年，他又開始規劃了以全新的業態組合為主題的飯店經營結構調整，立足北京功能核心區調整的未來形勢，通過結構調整最優化、空間利用最大化，達到經營利潤和社會效益的最佳勢能，推動企業的可持續發展，實現傳統酒店的有機更新。
