云南海埂酒店管理有限公司（簡稱：云南城投酒店）為云南省城市建設投資集團公司（以下簡稱云南城投集團）的全資企業，統籌管理云南城投集團旗下所有酒店項目，是云南城投集團的酒店統一管理平臺。
         云南城投酒店作為云南城投集團大休閑板塊的重要組成，自2008年集團旗下第一間五星級酒店北京新云南皇冠假日酒店開業，云南城投酒店陸續在昆明、西雙版納、騰沖、玉溪和上海等地投資建設，與洲際酒店集團、希爾頓酒店集團、悅榕酒店集團等合作開業7家高星級商務及度假酒店，投資總額達到70多億，為云南省引入第一家“洲際”品牌酒店和第一家“希爾頓”品牌酒店，并協助管理云南城投集團控股酒店18家，正在建設的與國際酒店品牌合作項目達12家。
         云南城投酒店與多家世界一流的國際酒店管理集團建立起穩固的合作關系，已是悅榕集團在中國最大的合作業主。并在云南城投集團2016年6月成功控股成都會展旅游集團后，使云南城投集團酒店與洲際酒店集團合作的酒店增加到9家，成為洲際酒店集團在中國最大的合作伙伴。
