楊曉軒先生1961年4月出生，云南昆明人，中共黨員，畢業(yè)于重慶建筑工程學(xué)院機(jī)電設(shè)備專業(yè)和大連理工大學(xué)EMBA 專業(yè)，在職碩士學(xué)歷，高級工程師。歷任云南省第二安裝工程公司副總經(jīng)理、黨委書記兼常務(wù)副總經(jīng)理，云南省城市建設(shè)投資有限公司副總經(jīng)理，云南省城市建設(shè)投資集團(tuán)有限公司副總裁。現(xiàn)任云南省城市建設(shè)投資集團(tuán)有限公司黨委委員、副總裁，兼任云南海埂酒店管理有限公司董事長，負(fù)責(zé)全集團(tuán)酒店板塊的運(yùn)營和開發(fā)。擔(dān)任云南省旅游飯店行業(yè)協(xié)會名譽(yù)會長、中國旅游飯店業(yè)協(xié)會副會長。受聘為昆明理工大學(xué)津橋?qū)W院客座教授、中國酒店聯(lián)盟組織高級顧問。
        05年加入城投集團(tuán)，先后負(fù)責(zé)組織投資建設(shè)了北京新云南皇冠假日酒店、西雙版納洲際度假酒店、昆明洲際酒店、騰沖悅椿溫泉酒店、玉溪撫仙湖希爾頓酒店、上海鎮(zhèn)坪智選假日酒店，改造翻牌了大理洱海英迪格酒店，積累了非常豐富的國際高端酒店投資建設(shè)及運(yùn)營管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。08年北京酒店開業(yè)后，組建并培養(yǎng)發(fā)展了一支有豐富業(yè)主投資及資產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)的業(yè)主團(tuán)隊(duì)。配合集團(tuán)參與收購成都會展旅游集團(tuán)、銀泰商業(yè)地產(chǎn)的部分項(xiàng)目、海口國際會展集團(tuán)，組織接管了歸入集團(tuán)旗下的10家酒店。目前，專職負(fù)責(zé)管理城投集團(tuán)旗下的18家運(yùn)營中的酒店，正在開發(fā)的12家酒店，酒店品牌涵蓋了洲際集團(tuán)的洲際、皇冠假日、假日、智選假日、華邑、英迪格，希爾頓集團(tuán)的華爾道夫、希爾頓、希爾頓逸林，悅榕集團(tuán)的悅榕莊、悅椿、悅苑，萬豪集團(tuán)的萬豪、喜來登等。與洲際集團(tuán)、希爾頓集團(tuán)、悅榕集團(tuán)和萬豪集團(tuán)建立了良好的合作關(guān)系，云南城投集團(tuán)是洲際集團(tuán)、悅榕集團(tuán)大中華區(qū)最大的業(yè)主伙伴。

         Yang xiaoxuan, male, born in April 1961 in kunming, yunnan province, member of the communist party of China, graduated from chongqing institute of architecture and engineering mechanical and electrical equipment and dalian university of technology EMBA major, on-the-job master degree, senior engineer. Successively served as deputy general manager, party secretary and executive deputy general manager of yunnan second installation engineering co., LTD., deputy general manager of yunnan urban construction investment co., LTD., and vice President of yunnan urban construction investment group co., LTD. Currently serves as the party committee member and vice President of yunnan urban construction investment group co., LTD., and concurrently serves as the chairman of yunnan ridge hotel management co., LTD., responsible for the operation and development of the hotel sector of the whole group. Served as honorary President of yunnan provincial tourism hotel industry association and vice President of China tourism hotel industry association. I was employed as a visiting professor of tianjin bridge college of kunming university of science and technology and a senior consultant of China hotel alliance organization.
         05 to join the city investment group, is responsible for organizing the investment construction successively the crowne plaza Beijing new yunnan, xishuangbanna intercontinental resort hotel, intercontinental hotel in kunming and tengchong yue tsubaki hot springs hotel, yuxi fuxian lake hotel, the Hilton Shanghai zhenping wisdom to choose holiday inn, transforming inti flip the Dali erhai lake hotel, have accumulated very abundant international high-end hotel investment construction and operations management experience. After the hotel opened in Beijing in 2008, a team of owners with rich experience in investment and asset management was established and developed. Cooperated with the group in the acquisition of chengdu mice tourism group, some projects of Yintai commercial real estate and haikou international convention and exhibition group, and organized the takeover of 10 hotels under the group. At present, the professional is responsible for the management of urban construction investment group 18 operations in the hotel, is developing the 12 hotels, hotel brand covers the intercontinental group, intercontinental and crowne plaza, holiday, the wisdom to choose a holiday, HuaYi, inti, the waldorf astoria, Hilton, the Hilton Hilton group from Lin, banyan tree banyan tree group, yue, yue garden district, marriott group, marriott, sheraton, etc. We have established good cooperation with intercontinental group, Hilton group, banyan tree group and marriott group.
