1953年6月出生，山西霍州人，高級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)師，1994年10月經(jīng)國(guó)務(wù)院批準(zhǔn)享受政府特殊津貼，2004年8月榮獲中國(guó)企業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)、中國(guó)企業(yè)家協(xié)會(huì)頒發(fā)的全國(guó)首批高級(jí)職業(yè)經(jīng)理資格證書。1984年畢業(yè)于聯(lián)邦德國(guó)漢莎航空運(yùn)輸管理學(xué)院；1995年獲得荷蘭馬斯特里赫特管理學(xué)院工商管理碩士學(xué)位；2004年獲得美國(guó)哈佛大學(xué)商學(xué)院高級(jí)管理畢業(yè)證書。曾在民航總局、國(guó)家空中交通管理局工作多年，后擔(dān)任海南省省長(zhǎng)航空事務(wù)助理（主持組建海南省航空公司）職務(wù)。現(xiàn)任海航集團(tuán)董事局主席。
Chen Feng is a senior economist born in June 1953 in Huozhou, Shanxi province. He was offered special government allowance approved by the State Council in October, 1994. In August 2004, Chen Feng was honored with the first batch of CPMQ(Certification for Professional Manager’s Qualification) of China; in 1984, he graduated from Deutsche Lufthansa Air and Transport Management Institution; In 1995, he was offered with Advanced Diploma for Management by Harvard Business School. Besides, Chen Feng has also woked for CAAC(Civil Aviation Administration of China) and China’s Air Traffic Management Bureau for many years, and then serviced as an assistant of Air affairs for Hainan province’s governor(managed to established the Hainan Airlines). Now he is the Chairman of the Board of HNA Group.
